NYSDOH COVID-19 Booster Mandate
Effective February 18, 2022, the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) announced that they are not enforcing the mandatory Booster Vaccination requirements that are outlined below. None of our employees are required to vaccinate. The NYSDOH has advised that they will “reassess in three (3) months whether additional steps need to be taken to increase booster rates among the healthcare workforce.”
On January 21, 2022, the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) issued a Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) regarding the recent COVID-19 vaccine amendment for health care workers.
The NYSDOH Mandate is for ALL employees, both Field and Office Staff. Below are the guidelines:
Please continue to send in your Proof of Vaccination Card to your Branch if you choose to receive the booster.

Because ‘We Care’ about you and we want you to keep learning we are pleased to announce that we will be offering many “value based learning” courses such as COVID-19 Training, Dementia, Falls Prevention, Preventing Hospital Readmissions, Reporting and Documenting Client Status and Care, Respiratory Disease, Skin Care and Sepsis.
