Annual Open Enrollment in February 2022
We are pleased to announce that there are no changes to Community Care’s benefits, carriers or plan designs effective March 1, 2022. All eligible employees will have 2 weeks in February to make changes to their current benefit elections or join Community Care’s benefits. Open Enrollment information for Office Staff will be distributed via email and for Field Staff it will be sent out via Heymarket. Community Care Is Going Paperless
Technology is the great growling engine of change. With the implementation of Naturalforms for all documentation; Content Central for cloud-based storage; BOLT for applicant tracking and case management; Clinical tablets for remote/field documentation & submission; Heymarket for real time communication with field staff; Nevvon for remote in-service trainings; a completely revised phone/fax platform (auto attendant included); a restructured orientation process w/ the complete utilization of tablets as well as professional clinical, waiver, and HR & compliance presentations, it’s safe to say that Community Care is on the fast track to becoming one of the top, most sought out homecare agencies in 2022. Enhanced Performance Management System rollout for Office Staff
The Corporate Human Resources team is busy working with the VP, Sales & Marketing to create an enhanced Performance Management System (PMS) for Office Staff. The soon to be released PMS will measure all Office Staff against Community Care’s NEW Organizational Initiatives & Behaviors highlighted below. This will further reinforce Community Care’s ‘WE CARE’ culture.
Community Care Soon to Open Office in Jamaica, Queens
Community Care is extremely excited to announce that we have secured a new office space in Jamaica, Queens. We are in the process of formalizing the move and it is our hope that this new location will provide convenience to our loyal employees who reside near this area.
