Back for another year, the Community Care team will be attending the CDPAANYS annual conference in Troy, New York, taking place on October 23 & 24 at the Hilton Garden Inn Troy. The Community Care team attends this conference each year, to learn from the community that we serve and other professionals, with how we can enhance the CDPAP services we provide, and better support our community.
